After soil and weather has warmed, harden them off before transplanting to the garden, or sow seeds outdoors-press seeds softly into soil, cover lightly with spagnum peat moss. Keep plants watered throughout the season. Uses: Where spring bulbs have expired, beds, borders, mass plantings and containers.
