A succulent flowering plant, native to Argentina, southern Brazil, and Uruguay. It has many common names, including rose moss, eleven o’clock, Mexican Rose, Moss Rose, Sun Rose, and Rock Rose. Low growing plants with small fleshy bright green leaves and attractive double flowers in a range of colors. Drought tolerant and great in rock gardens, containers, flower beds, along borders, driveways and walkways as well. These plants are picky about the sun that they often refuse to open on cloudy or overcast days.
