Extremely meaty, smooth, dark green, round, tender pods, 6″–7″ (15–18 cm) long. Absolutely stringless at all stages of growth. Disease resistant. Culture: Any good well drained soil with a pH above 6 will grow beans. Beans do not tolerate cool wet soil. After last frost date soil approximately 50° F sow seed 4″ (10 cm) apart, 1″ (2.5 cm) deep in rows 24″–36″ (60–90 cm) apart. For continuous supply plant every three weeks until July 15th. Harvesting: Maturity 52 days. Pick regularly when young to encourage new pod set. Extended season, high yield even in hot weather. Nutrition: Good source of protein, dietary fiber, vitamins A and C. Preserving: Can or freeze.
