These Bush Beans are wide and strap­py and the flavor distinctly Roma. Tall for a Bush Bean, these 2′ tall vigorous plants produce an abundance of flat, wide, roma style classic Italian Beans, best picked at 5″ long. Culture: Any good well drained soil with a pH above 6 will grow beans. Beans do not tolerate cool wet soil. After soil reaches at least 50° F, sow seed 4″ (10 cm) apart, 1″ (2.5 cm) deep in rows 24″–36″ (60–90 cm) apart. Thinning is not necessary. For continuous supply, plant every 3 weeks until July 15th. Harvesting: Maturity 60 days. Pick regularly when young to encourage new pod set. Nutrition: Good source of protein, dietary fiber, vitamins A and C.
