Large, up to 6″ (15 cm) blossoms in shades of scarlet, pink, rose, purple, orange, yellow and white. This tetraploid strain produces bushier plants which are fungal disease tolerant. Culture: Sow seed indoors 3-4 weeks before planting time. Transplant after soil warms; or sow outdoors, when air temperature warms to 70° in fertile, well-drained soil. Leave 18″ (45 cm) between plants and water the soil surrounding the plants, not the plants themselves. Prefers morning watering on sunny days. Heat and drought tolerant. Deadhead spent blooms. Excellent for long lasting cut flower arrangements.
