Known as Herb of Grace, Garden Rue and Common Rue. It is native to the Balkan Peninsula. Lacy blue-green ornamental leaves. Sweet yellow flowers are very attractive to pollinators of all kinds, and is a preferred host plant for Black Swallowtail, Anise Swallowtail, and Giant Swallowtail butterflies. Great in rock gardens and areas where little else will sprout, this herb has a rich history and is very easy to grow. Rue has a long history of medicinal and culinary uses.
