This small, fragrant tomato dates back to the 1910s in southern Italy. It can be found all over backyards and farmyards in Italy, right on the vine, or hanging from barn rafters where the dried fruits last into the winter months. Makes the sweetest sun-dried tomatoes. Also great for sauces and salads. Produces clusters of red, very meaty, grape-shaped fruits with little juice and few seeds.
