Pumpkin & Squash Blend

Pumpkins require fertile slightly acidic soil in a well-drained location in the garden. Apply mulch and grass clippings, or straw around base of plants. Add well composted manure. Keep soil consistently moist, but not water logged. Water well during dry and hot spells.
