The blooming period usually occurs during early to mid-summer. The short-lived flowers open during the early morning and close by noon. Culture: Sow, in early spring after last frost date for your area, in a well tilled soil, raked smooth. Choose a sunny location. Broadcast seed evenly and rake lightly into the soil.
